To assist Autistic people and their families, who would not otherwise be able to attend APAC 2025 due to financial strain, the Autism Association of WA and Lotterywest are providing support to make this conference more accessible to eligible individuals experiencing financial hardship or travelling from regional and remote areas of Western Australia.
Eligible individuals will receive significantly subsidised fees, reducing the registration cost from $1,750 to $300, or waived completely, for the three-day (3) conference. Travel and accommodation costs are not subsidised.

How can I receive this subsidised registration?
We anticipate that there will be more requests for places than the funding available, so we require an Expression of Interest form to be completed and submitted by 5pm Friday 19th September 2025.

Am I eligible to receive this subsidised registration?
Eligibility and priority will be given to:
- Autistic individuals and families/carers of Autistic individuals living in regional and remote Western Australia, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait workers/staff supporting Autistic individuals in regional and remote areas. Individuals will be asked to disclose their workplace and role on the Expression of Interest form.
- People for whom attendance at the conference would create financial hardship.
How much will it cost?
- Fully Subsidised – No fee ($1,750 fully subsidised, Gala Dinner ticket not included)
- Autistic individuals experiencing financial hardship living in regional and remote areas.
- Parents/carers experiencing financial hardship living in regional and remote areas.
- Significant reduction of registration to $300 ($1,450 subsidised, Gala Dinner ticket not included)
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders supporting individuals with Autism in regional or remote areas
- Individuals and Families from regional and remote Western Australia.
